In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter GDPR), Ràdio Associació de Catalunya (hereinafter Ràdio Associació de Catalunya), sets out this Policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data.

Likewise, the user and/or client who communicates a third party's personal data shall be responsible for having obtained the appropriate authorisation from the data subject, as well as for the consequences in the event of failure to do so.
Similarly, the user and/or client who communicates personal data to Ràdio Associació de Catalunya declares to be of legal age, in accordance with the provisions of Spanish law, and shall otherwise refrain from providing data to Ràdio Associació de Catalunya. Any data provided regarding a minor shall require the prior consent or authorisation of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who shall be considered responsible for the data provided by the minors in their care.
This Policy shall apply on a supplementary basis with respect to any other conditions on personal data protection established on a specific basis and communicated, without limitation, through registration forms and contracts, and shall therefore complement those mentioned in matters not expressly provided for therein.
Purposes of the collection and processing of personal data
Ràdio Associació de Catalunya, in its capacity as data controller, informs users of the existence of various processing activities and files in which personal data communicated to Ràdio Associació de Catalunya is collected and stored.
The purposes of such collection and processing of personal data are as follows:

Whether or not they are clients of Ràdio Associació de Catalunya, users may exercise their rights by sending a communication by email to info@radioassociacio.cat or by sending a request accompanied by their National Identity Document or any other valid legal document proving their identity, addressed to Ràdio Associació de Catalunya Av. Diagonal, 477, 08036, Barcelona, specifying the right they wish to exercise.
In cases of requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive due to their repetitive nature, Ràdio Associació de Catalunya reserves the right to charge a fee for the administrative costs incurred or the right to refuse to act on them, in accordance with the provisions of art. 12.5 GDPR.
Supervisory authority
Users and/or clients may contact the relevant local supervisory authority if they consider that the processing of their personal data has not been carried out in accordance with applicable law.

International data transfers
In those Ràdio Associació de Catalunya products and services that require international transfers to enable their provision, this circumstance shall be set out in the Specific Conditions applicable to the corresponding product or service contracted by the client and expressly accepted by them in advance.
Security measures
Ràdio Associació de Catalunya shall be subject to the necessary security measures to:
· Ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services.
· Restore the availability of and access to personal data promptly in the event of a physical or technical incident.
· Verify, evaluate and assess, on a regular basis, the effectiveness of the technical and organisational measures implemented to ensure the security of processing.
Liability
Ràdio Associació de Catalunya shall not be held responsible for any failure by the user and/or client to comply with the obligations arising from the GDPR or the applicable data protection regulations in relation to their own activity and in connection with the execution of the contract or commercial relations with Ràdio Associació de Catalunya.
Each party shall be responsible for any liability arising from its own failure to comply with its contractual obligations and applicable regulations.
